Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix to combine. Cover and let rest for 18-24 hours.
Place a medium Dutch oven in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile, transfer dough from mixing bowl to a floured countertop. Shape it into a ball, then place the ball on a sheet of parchment paper.
When oven has preheated, remove Dutch oven and carefully place parchment with dough on it in Dutch oven. Cover with lid and return to oven.
Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully lift bread from Dutch oven. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
